Diane Karpman is admitted to all the Courts in the State of California, all the California Federal District Courts, the 9th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Diane is the appointed legal ethics consultant in a Los Angeles Superior Court class action, and specializes in advising lawyers on the unique duties involved in representative litigation.

JoAnne Robbins has been involved with legal ethics and the attorney disciplinary system at the State Bar of California for more than twenty-six years. She was a deputy trial counsel (prosecutor) for the Office of Trial Counsel. In 1989, she was appointed by the Supreme Court of California as a Hearing Judge of the State Bar Court. She served as a Hearing Judge for the State Bar Court for more than six years, handling more than one thousand cases. The firm's mission is to facilitate lawyers in achieving success within the boundaries of their ethical obligations.
